sir this is aryan i m sufferin with sinus. i was suggested that i should use triphala and allergy cut. after 2 month i got 25% reliefe, please suggest me that how can i get fast relief throughg ayurveda.

One of my relative and my best buddy's father is recently diagnosed with Aplastic Anaemia, he needs atleast 5-6 unit of blood everytime the symptoms come out, pliss , is there any remedy or treatment available from Herbalage,, very worried
