Career Rewards 2009-10

Reward #1: 4 nights/5days Holiday in Bangkok – Pattaya/Compaq Presario Laptop

Terms & Conditions:
• On achieving of either one target: You are rewarded with Holiday trip.
• On achieving of both the target: You are rewarded with Holiday trip and Laptop both.
• 80,000 Group BV means the business volume generated through you and your direct downlines and their downlines. If your direct downline or their downline(s) meet out the target directly, then the entitlement of reward shall go to them. In this case you have to meet out the target from other downline leg(s).
• 2250RSV equals to:
o 450 pairs of Signup@360 or any Specific Healthcare signup options.
o 150 pairs of Signup@990.
o 45 pairs of Signup@2490 CBC option or Signup@3483 Kit option.
• The base destination shall be Kolkata. Rs. 3000/- shall be charged extra in case of flying from Delhi/Mumbai and Rs.5000/- in case of Bangalore.
• 2 Nights at Bangkok in a 3Star and 2 Nights at Pattaya in a 3Star shall be inclusive of 4 Dinners, 4 Breakfasts, and 1 Lunch at safari. Sightseeing in AC luxury coaches.

Reward #2: Maruti Suzuki Alto/Maruti Suzuki Ritz

Terms & Conditions:
• On achieving of either one target: You are rewarded with Maruti Suzuki Alto.
• On achieving of both the target: You are rewarded with Maruti Suzuki Ritz.
• 960,000 Group BV means the business volume generated through you and your direct downlines and their downlines. If any of your direct downline or their downline(s) meets out the target directly, then the BV generated through such downline(s) shall be deduced from your collected BV. In this case you have to meet out the target of deduced BV from other downline leg(s).
• 11,250RSV equals to:
o 2250 pairs of Signup@360 or any Specific Healthcare signup options.
o 750 pairs of Signup@990.
o 225 pairs of Signup@2490 CBC option or Signup@3483 Kit option.
• In case of availing Holiday trip or/and Laptop, you have to do extra 80,000 Group BV or/and extra 2250 RSV.
• The Model of the Maruti Suzuki Alto will be Maruti Suzuki Alto Std BS III, 795 CC, 5 Gear Manual Transmission, 5 Seater.
• The Model of the Maruti Suzuki Ritz will be Maruti Suzuki Ritz LXi BS IV, 1197 CC, 5 Gear Manual Transmission, 5 Seater.
• RTO registration, Road tax, Insurance and TDS @ 10.30% on the base price of the Car shall be borne by the rewards achiever directly.

Ammnedment in the entitlement in ongoing Rewrad Zone 2009-2010

Dear Herbalage Partners,

A very Happy Health, as you all know that, Signuo@8766 has launched wef November 1, 2009, apart from 100 RSV/balancing, the main ingredient of this option is Reward@8766/-. Reward@8766 shall only be avalaible to the people, who are signing up through Signup@8766/- only. So, only those shall be entitle to avail the features of Reward Zone 2009-2010 to be ended on dec 15. 2009 & March 15, 2010 subsequently, who have joined us on October 31, 2009 or before through any signup option. And they can also enchas the RSV counth throgh any signup option within the stipulated time period.

So, Kindly record it, that, from November 1, 2009 onwards, any RSV based short term/long term Rreward shall only be available to those, who are singning up through Signup Option@8766/- only.
